Every living being is a process, which is starting and ending one day. One is a flower that blooms and then drops the petals. Another one is a strong lion, with a lush mane, that lives the animal's king life only when they can hunt succesfully. Living a human's life is a lottery winning that's rarely appreciated by a majority of us.

Many are just finding ways to stay assured that the black streak in life is the only thing they have. Why this happens?

Let's imagine two 12-year old boys. The first one can be fan of coding and another one can be a casual gamer. Seems like both of them know how to use a computer. But when they'll turn 25-30 years old, one of them will be telling that others more successful classmates had more wealthy parrents, who have helped them build a carreer. Or those guys were born geniuses. There will be many explanaitions.

Brains of these boys are realtively the same, at least if we will start to compare with the brains of lions or other living beings. With crabs for example. 😄 Some crabs even could be smart enough to turn on a computer and play the Counter-Strike, but not able to write a line of code or something else useful.

Don't take it personally or literally. Everyone can earn money in various ways, but the difference is in consumption and producing. If you consume - it's a passive functioning of the brain. You just watch, agree, disagree, like, dislike the content - just a reactive response. If you create or produce the content (or a product) you receive a feedback and make further decision based on the reactions of others. That's a game by itself - to understand others and provide what they like and need. Not so fun and entertaining, but for some can be satisfying enoung to have it as a main source of happiness and motivation.

When the creators are forming the groups by interests, they cover that necessary need for support and understanding. And don't rely already on reactions of consumers. They can compete with other authors to find the joy just from this activity by itself.

Gamers are highly dependant on reactions of viewers of their stream. It's more riskier to be always happy, especially if you have bad mood and losing often. Creators on the other hand are more relying on the result of their progress, which is less riskier for the mood.

Doing is always better than watching. It gives some progress, even small but it's something, that remains much longer than just a kill table at the end of the game.

But it requires constant involvement. If the game gives almost an instant gratification, by creating something - you have to invest time, maybe some money to create something insignificant (this is a typical reaction when you accomplish some project). That's why it's needed to have some reserve of gratification, before your recieve the result worth of your expectations.

It's always easier to be a wagon, that contiously follows the locomotive. And it's impossible to be a leader by everyone, sometimes it's just needed to be a less creaky wagon, always ready for a new journey.

Being a locomotive (proactive, self-intiated, productive) means to be able to generate movement. Every human being is smart enough to do this. What's left is to find energy for this transformation. All preparation and actions aligned towards this goal is the possibility which is granted by nature, our generations and cultures. We just have to apply and use it without any regrets of previous mistakes.

A locomotive can move on it's own, but a wagon - not. That's the way of thinking. A lifestyle and the choice we make each day. Speed of the train increases only after a serie of powerful impulses. Before that nothing is happening.

Have a nice MotionDay, comrade!
