You just use it less frequent, and it can lose its strenth without practice.
Training the inspiration requires actions to do. Sad news, I know :)


Losing the time when you can practice the inspiration leads to weakness in various things you do.
Usually I forget to plan time for the inspiration practice. Habit or professional activity helping in this case, but in order to be successful it's needed to start the process just right after receiving the inspiration from other sources or people.


When you started to produce some amount of hormones that give you the right mood it's already much easier to start something, because you're overwhelmed by ideas. New ideas are generated much easier and faster. Using this moment for creative work is an important step for building strong skills or signals to start the work.


No matter the time it is, having a great idea in mind is more valuable than next 30 minutes without a sleep. It's just needed to write in details what you've thought about and later in the morning come back and elaborate more on that idea.
Usually I'm telling myself "it's a good idea, and it's easy to remember, just one sentence" and continuing the sleep.
In the morning i have many things to do, and when trying to remember later in the evening - everything is lost.
My brain gave me the chance to write down the result of a thinking process, that's built as a summary a of whole my life's experience. And I've chose just to continue my sweet sleep. Genial!
