Brain Cells training

I know it's kinda a "topic for scientists", but looks like that only they're using a brain power, and others are just hiding in the shadow of ignorance in the subject of "How the brain works". Last week I was quite interested in finding an optimal approach for work and leisure, and found that it's needed to deepen my basic knowledge of brain functioning. Which was really interesting, and most probably I think it was helpful too. I will be writing and explaining it by analogy with computers, so I if some inaccuracy will happen - please excuse me.

So, let's imagine, we have a brain, yeaaah: It works, calculates, memorizes information, organizing memories, controls body and tells us what to do next. Cool.

Imagine the brain as a big country, where one neuron cell is actually your house, your computer and you. There's no internet yet, and your neighbor visiting you with a USB stick, and uploading an information to your computer. That's how you share the information. The roads from your neighbors to you are called axons. If everyone has a good road, there's a good weather, no mud, and if you have enough space on your computer - then you'll be able to copy more information and use it or share with other neighbors. This is an abstract explanation of how the brain neurons communicating with other cells.

To improve the efficiency, you have to support your connections and improve the infrastructure. It depends on many things that you have to follow to strengthen your brain's capabilities. The first and the most important - is to provide a clear understanding for your brain if it's daytime and everyone is working or it's a night time, and everyone is sleeping. It's ideal option, but everyone knows that it's always someone who don't sleep at night and bothering others. You have to control this really attentively and follow that sleeping regime/cycle/hygiene in order to give a chance for your brain cells to have time for organizing the working process.

Brain signals are transmitted with the aid of electricity and chemicals called neurotransmitters. Let's define neurotransmitters as a content of USB drives that your neighbors bringing to you for another copy. So, if you're asking a neighbor to bring a music for a sleep, but he brings a comedy show video, you probably will not get the joke, and moreover - won't be sleeping for a while. This happens, when your time before your sleep is mixed with any other activities. And even if you'll try to start a regime and go to the bed at 10 PM - several nights will be still ineffective, due to day-night rhythms. Subconsciously you're still living with the expectation of late-night work, watching cinema, partying - whatever happens in your life in the evening.
